For those registered to attend the conference, the ANA has negotiated a special room rate of $260 per night at the host venue, MGM National Harbor. Equal parts elegance and comfort, its 234 guest rooms and 74 suites are bold, well-appointed havens with modern amenities, including 48” HD LCD TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Serta pillow-top mattresses. The cut-off date to obtain this discounted rate is Monday, February 10, 2025, after which prevailing rates apply.

Parking

MGM National Harbor features 5,000 parking spaces in its self-park garage, accessible on either side of the resort from MGM National Ave. or Monument Ave. Valet parking, complimentary for select MGM Rewards members, is also available at the following rates:

  • 0-12 hrs: $35
  • 12-24 hrs: $45
  • Overnight Fee: $45
  • Upfront Fee: $100

Cancellation Policy and Notes

  • A full refund for your registration will be granted if written request for cancellation is received by email 60 or more calendar days before the conference start date. A 50 percent refund will be granted if written request is received 59-45 days from the conference start date. No refund is available if cancellation is received 44 days or less before the conference start date. A $125 transfer fee will be charged for name changes, or to change the credit card on a registration.
  • Complimentary tickets will incur a $250 no-show fee if cancellation is not made at least three days before the event.
  • Unused registrations/applications have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events.
  • ANA will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount promo code during the registration process.
  • Hotel room cancellations and changes must be made directly with the hotel.
  • Miscellaneous:
    • The conference agenda is subject to change.
    • Pricing is subject to change.
    • A portion of your guest room rate will be used to offset conference costs.
    • ANA accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property.
